Heavenly Care has partnered with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to help improve the lives of people living with disability. As an NDIS provider, we can help manage your NDIS plan and funding. Our dedicated and experienced plan managers work with you to help you achieve your goals and enjoy an ordinary life. We assist with the most tedious task, such as keeping tracking of payments, filing records and managing NDIS claims. Our Plan Managers are flexible and can work with you. Whether you choose to self-manage part of your plan and have Heavenly Care manage the rest or we help manage the entire plan. We operate in an open and transparent way so you have the choice and control in selecting the right services for you.
For any in-home support you may need after you’ve been ill or in hospital. We work with you and your hospital to develop a plan that ensures you receive appropriate care after you are discharged. This can include anything from specialist clinical care by a registered nurse, or assistance with administering medication or treating wounds, to personal care, shopping and meal preparation.
